1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Satogoal platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Satogoal, a cryptocurrency betting platform operated from Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russian Federation.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We do not accept customers from jurisdictions where cryptocurrency betting is prohibited by law.

2.3 Account Registration

• You may only create ONE account per person, per household, per IP address
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and cryptocurrency wallet. We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Never sharing your login credentials with anyone
• Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices
• Enabling two-factor authentication if available

3.2 Account Activity

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be considered dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of $5 USD equivalent in cryptocurrency after this period.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are limited to ONE per person, per household, per IP address
• Only new accounts are eligible for welcome bonuses

4.2 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times

• Pattern betting or arbitrage betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements

• Any other activity deemed as abusive or fraudulent by Satogoal

4.3 Consequences of Bonus Abuse

If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity:

• All bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited immediately
• Your account will be suspended or permanently banned
• All funds in your account may be confiscated
• We may refuse any future registrations from you
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action if fraud is detected

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

• All bets are final once confirmed. We do not accept cancellations or modifications after bet placement
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our sole discretion
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply and may vary by market
• In case of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds), we reserve the right to void affected bets

5.2 Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated

• We reserve the right to reverse settlements if errors are discovered

5.3 Live Betting

• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change based on game events
• There may be delays in accepting bets due to transmission delays
• We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time

5.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply to all bets and may vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are available upon request.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Cryptocurrency Transactions

• We accept deposits in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported cryptocurrencies
• Deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations
• Network fees are the responsibility of the user
• We are not responsible for deposits sent to incorrect addresses

6.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must be made to the same cryptocurrency type as deposited
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (varies by cryptocurrency)
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Using bots, scripts, or automated systems

7.2 Unfair Betting Practices

• Collusion with other players
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Using insider information for betting
• Syndicate or coordinated group betting

7.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to hack, DDoS, or disrupt our services
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions
• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Interfering with other users' accounts or experience

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

Satogoal reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or unfair betting practices
• Multiple account creation
• Use of VPNs or proxies to mask location
• Suspicious betting patterns or activities
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other users
• Connection to other suspended or banned accounts
• Any activity that we deem harmful to our business or other users

8.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination:

• Access to your account will be immediately revoked
• All pending bets may be voided
• All bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited
• Remaining balance may be confiscated if termination is due to fraud or abuse
• You will be prohibited from creating new accounts

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bonuses will be forfeited
• Remaining funds will be returned after all pending bets are settled
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal

8.4 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude due to gambling concerns, please contact our support team. Self-exclusion periods can range from 6 months to permanent closure.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

You acknowledge the volatile nature of cryptocurrency and accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including price fluctuations and network issues.

11. Disputes and Complaints

11.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute:

1. Contact our customer support team with detailed information
2. Allow up to 48 hours for initial response
3. Provide any requested additional information promptly
4. We will investigate and respond with our decision within 14 days

11.2 Final Decision

All decisions made by Satogoal regarding bet settlements, account issues, and disputes are final and binding. We reserve the right to make final determinations on all matters.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
